Unlike diaphragm, rotary lobe, and PC pumps, the peristaltic design of the Watson Marlow Bredel hose pumps contains no shifting parts that come into contact with the product. It has no seals, ball-checks, diaphragms, glands, immersed rotors, stators or pistons to leak, clog, corrode or substitute.
Bredel hose pumps also eliminate the necessity for ancillary equipment similar to dry run safety, seal water flush systems and in-line check valves. A hose change takes solely minutes and could be performed in-situ without special tools or skilled personnel.
The pumped fluid is totally contained in a long-life hose, protecting operation and maintenance personnel and the setting from unwanted spillages or exposure to chemicals. Flow is completely independent of suction and discharge conditions. The Bredel hose is precision machined to ensure circulate stability and pump efficiency in powerful fluid handling purposes.
pressure gauge วัด แรง ดัน น้ำ obtain flow rates up to 475 GPM, transferring as a lot as 80% solids in suspension.
